So, it seems Summer is here already. And stuff stuff stuff, the ush.

First of all, I haven´t been able to say this, but I recently got a new CPU, an HP Pavilion Slimline s3610, and I formatted it with Windows XP to save more RAM from that evil Windows Vista.

So pretty much being able to use much more powerful software for design at my own leisure is surely an awesome thing. I could have Photoshop CS3, Indesign CS3, and Corel DRAW X3 opened at the same time, then listening music, browsing, and instant messaging at the same time. Oh god, this new computer is a blessing.

Although it looks like Frankencomp now. Since we just got the CPU for free, wer had to hook it with the equipment of our OLD PC (Which still has Windows ME), so the Keyboard and Monitor are OLD, and we need to outfit it with new ones. I got my eyes on a combo of Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, already with my name on them, and still have to look for a Slim 16:9 Monitor.

But still doing excellent.


Anyway, I just happened to drop by from the Movies after watching Disney Pixar´s UP on 3D, and I have very few words to describe it.

Damn Awesome and Beautiful.

Pixar is growing little by little with the slightly complex topic they touch now on the movie, such as the grief of Passing and last wishes. But other than that, the Carl and Russel combo was rather awesome. Oh, and Dog starts a new Meme.

So after first watching Monsters vs Aliens on 3D, and then UP, I suddenly began to think.

... How awesome would Astro Boy look on 3D!?

i demmand IMAGI and Summit to prep the 3D version of the movie!!

Ehem... please excuse my Fanboy urges.


So, what to do on the summer? well...

I have an Extra to make on the 26th, and I decided to kick my Professional Practices to this period now that I will have the time, because having them on both next semesters of school will really squeeze the time of whoever dares to do so, specially fifth semester.

Originally, we had plans of going on a week through Yellowstone National Park, but there was a change of plans, and now it seems that the new plan is to go to Japan through Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. The idea sounds awesome, and there are plans of really going to Tokyo Disney this time.

Anyway, I´ll let ou know people of there is an update on that, and I´ll be sure to take lots of pictures.


Deviations... Oh my, I think my creative engine is dead and may need some sort of Kickstart... School squeezed it through. But with the new Software such as the whole Adobe CS3, Easy Paint Tool SAI, Open Canvas, Corel Graphics Suite X3, then maybe I would come up with something now that I have to get the hang of everything. And maybe if I am able to spend the money, buy at least a generic Tablet.

But now I am tired, and I need some sleep. So without much hassle and preambles, good night.
